“The investigation established that on the afternoon of November 20, 2022, as a result of improper storage of goods, violation of fire safety rules and the provision of services that do not meet the requirements for the safety of life and health of consumers, there was a fire in two separate buildings with a total area of 2500 square meters, located in the city of Moscow, Komsomolskaya Square," the ministry said in a Telegram message.
On the fact of the incident, a criminal case was initiated under the article on the provision of services that do not meet safety requirements.
The number of people injured in the fire is unknown.
Earlier it became known that the fire at the flower warehouse on Komsomolskaya Square in Moscow was eliminated.
