It is the second year that the award for the most borrowed detective story at the municipality's library has been awarded, and this time the award went to author Åsa Larsson and her book Fädernas misgärningar.

A book that librarian Anna-Lena Jönsson estimates has been borrowed around 260 times in the past year.

Several award winners

The award ceremony was organized by the Swedish Deckarakademin, which named winners in four categories.

One of them, the best crime novel of the year, went to the author Sara Strömberg and her book Skred.

Prizes for best debutant, best translated detective story and best children's and youth detective story were also announced.
