Al-Sisi meets Erdogan on the sidelines of the opening of the World Cup
Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi met today in Doha with his Turkish counterpart, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, on the sidelines of the opening of the World Cup finals in Qatar.
Earlier, Egyptian television announced that President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi had arrived in Qatar to attend the opening ceremony of the World Cup.
The official Turkish news agency also reported that President Recep Tayyip Erdogan arrived in Doha to participate in the inauguration, at the invitation of the Emir of Qatar.
