An obscure past to say the least;

a life spent in the circles of organized crime.

The

man suspected of the murder of the two Chinese escorts and the Colombian transsexual

in the Prati district in Rome is

Giandavide De Pau.

His name

it is linked to the investigation into the 'Middle World' by Salvatore Buzzi and Massimo Carminati and to the Camorra clan of Siena.

Of the former boss of the Roman drug trafficking, linked to the Camorra Michele Senese known as 'o Pazz', arrested in 2020 and sentenced to life imprisonment, De Pau was factotum and trusted man.

His name also appears in the documents of the investigation into 'Mafia Capitale'.

In the proceedings of the maxi-investigation 'Middle World', De Pau is mentioned as being present in a bar behind Corso Francia during a meeting between the Sienese and the former Nar: while the two, we read, "aparted in discuss, De Pau kept to the side talking on his mobile phone".

"The conversation, initially very cordial between the two - we still read in the documents -, after a few minutes moved to the point that Carminati and Senese appeared clearly annoyed and began to rant towards each other, leaving abruptly. In the meantime, De Pau had also approached the two, who, after the telephone conversation, took part in the discussion".

The 51-year-old, who has numerous precedents for drugs, weapons, sexual violence, injuries, receiving stolen goods and trespassing, as well as two psychiatric hospitalizations, was stopped in Primavalle, in the apartment where he lived.

The testimony of two Cuban citizens and a third person put police investigators on De Pau's trail.
