And to raise consumer awareness, the Casino retail chain has teamed up with the chef of the best restaurant in the world, Mauro Colagreco.

In his restaurant in Menton, the mantra of the three-star chef is clear: serve seasonal vegetables, even grown in his own garden.

An approach that he wants to pass on for the good of the planet.

Next to the vegetable bins of the Casino brands, we can therefore now find two labels.

A first: a barometer indicating the seasonality of the product, from green to red.

And then another, the face of Mauro Colagreco.
