This was announced by the press secretary of the Russian leader Dmitry Peskov.

“The president [works] in the Kremlin, he has in mind today in the middle of the day to hold a meeting with the permanent members of the Security Council,” he said. 

The Kremlin added that the topic of the meeting will be announced later. 

On November 2, the Russian leader, during a meeting with the permanent members of the Security Council, made a proposal to discuss the state anti-drug policy until 2030.
