- On behalf of young people, in fear of their future, ten-year-old activist Nekeeyat Dramani describes his incendiary speech during the Cop27 climate meeting.

She appeared as part of Ghana's delegation to give a voice to the country's youth who live every day with the effects of the climate crisis in the form of air pollution, floods and drought.

The message to the summit delegates was clear:

- I ask you - have a heart.

At the end of her speech, Dramani recited a poem in which she urged world leaders to take further action to combat the climate crisis.

She then held up a sign emblazoned with the words "payment delayed", in reference to the grants that were promised, but never paid.

The speech was met with a standing ovation that lasted for several minutes.
