A change in the law is required so that teachers are not to be gagged.

That is the message of the National Federation of Teachers to Sweden's politicians.

The union wants the same, or equivalent, rules to apply to private and municipal schools.

Neither the employment contract nor the code of conduct at Oneschool global are illegal in themselves.

On the other hand, some parts may be too far-reaching, says Karin Ernfors, lawyer at the Norwegian Teachers' Association.

The union: Making students vulnerable

The employment agreement states that whistleblower protection for independent schools applies.

This means that employees can talk about the school, but not hand out documents.

The national teachers' union says that the confidentiality requirements for the employees at Oneschool global make students vulnerable, as they can lead to teachers not daring to raise the alarm about misconduct.

What information can teachers at the school disclose?

In the clip, the union responds.
