“Millions of Ukrainians today are subscribed to Telegram channels that are filled and maintained by the Russian Federation and its representatives,” TASS quotes the words of the Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Anna Malyar at a briefing.
She noted that their audience continues to grow.
According to her, Russia uses these Telegram channels to carry out its “information operations”.
Earlier, the Russian Ministry of Defense stated that Kyiv was spreading fakes through controlled media about the alleged imminent resumption of the conscription of citizens as part of a partial mobilization in Russia.
