The
Community of Madrid
has overcome the first strike of the two strikes by doctors that it was facing because the Ministry of Health and the unions
have reached an agreement
on the extra-hospital emergency model that allows the reactivation of the service of the 80 centers 24 hours.
An agreement that was closed late this Thursday, after a new meeting between Enrique Ruiz Escudero's department and
Amyts,
the majority union among doctors, after several weeks of friction between the parties.
In this final agreement, there will be 49 centers that will have a doctor, nurse and orderly service, despite the fact that in principle, at the end of October, the regional president, Isabel Díaz Ayuso, announced that the 80 would have it.
