Al-Qatami said that the ministry will start implementing the new structure by holding meetings with each department separately, to determine its needs and detail its departments.

He explained that the ministry is on the verge of a new phase with its own requirements, and the new structure ensures the provision of the space required to enhance the decentralization policy, and at the same time ensures the distribution of roles and tasks among its functional levels in a scientific and studied manner based on institutional performance standards, especially as it came after a careful study of the previous stages and what was related to it. It has organizational structures.

For his part, the General Manager of Bee’ah Company said, “The Sharjah Educational Zone attaches special importance to supporting the environmental education program, as it is an educational initiative aimed at helping teachers in Sharjah schools.

Pointing out that «this role contributes to enhancing the sense of responsibility among students towards the environment and maintaining its cleanliness».

He explained that "the environmental education school is currently being classified in specific stages among more than 145 schools in Sharjah," pointing out that "this will contribute to educating more than 100,000 students," noting that "the main goal behind establishing this school is Creating a culture of cleanliness and adopting sustainable environmental practices among the younger generation.

Al-Qatami stressed that the general picture of the structure, and the accompanying accurate delineation of responsibilities, will enable the ministry to make the best investment in its human elements, as it will be able to rotate expertise, to achieve the maximum benefit from distinguished competencies, in accordance with the interest of work and the reasons for development.

He stated that the most important characteristic of the new structure is that it reduces the burdens on the general manager and executive directors, by including five main sectors, separating policy processes from implementation supervision processes to ensure objectivity, and giving private schools appropriate attention for their growth and their role as a strategic and important partner in the education process. Providing the necessary flexibility to departments, facilitating communication between departments through complete harmony between their specializations and roles, and providing the necessary flexibility for the work of departments, as well as the compatibility of the structure with the advantages of modern structural systems.

The new structure includes five main sectors that fall under each of them departments that organize their work. The private education sector comes at the top of the new sectors, under which two main departments fall, namely the School Licensing Department and the Control and Quality Department. This sector is characterized by giving private schools and institutes a supreme reference for communication with The Ministry, in light of the significant growth witnessed by private education, as well as ensuring the quality of private education in the country. This sector also separates between control and quality on the one hand, and licensing schools on the other.

The second sector, according to al-Qatami, is the educational policy sector, and it includes the departments of “curricula, licensing and evaluation of teachers, school accreditation, evaluation and examinations, and educational studies and research.” And links educational policies to school accreditation programs and teacher licensing.

The school activities and environment sector is one of the most important new sectors in the new structure of the ministry, and includes the departments of “student activities and scientific competitions, student counseling, nutrition and school health, physical education, libraries and learning resources, and educational buildings and services.”

This sector helps in building students who are balanced, open, and full of activity and vitality. It also focuses on very important activities that are absent from society, such as nutrition, school health, and physical education, as well as providing students with access to multiple and advanced learning resources.

The fourth sector (educational operations) includes the departments of “educational information systems, specialized schools, special education, guidance and oversight of government schools, training and professional development.” This sector is characterized by focusing on the role of the executive director in communicating with the educational field to develop the educational process. It gives the necessary transparency to benefit from data and statistics, and takes into account the diversity in public schools in the country, through the establishment of specialized schools such as “Al-Ghad, Al-Numaziah, and Adult Education”, in addition to being promoting trends to integrate schools and provide for their needs, and focus on vocational training for students .

The fifth sector is represented by "support services", and it contains the departments of "human resources, information technology, legal affairs, procurement and warehouses, and financial resources". , ensuring the transparency of work.
