Unsurprisingly, the imminent drop in the rebate on the price of fuel has caused a real crush at service stations all over France.

This Wednesday, the discount granted by the State is indeed reduced from 30 to 10 cents.

At Total, the additional discount has been reduced from 20 to 10 cents.

Many motorists therefore wanted to fill up before this sudden increase in prices.

Five vehicles involved

Long queues have therefore formed in front of the stations in recent days, sometimes causing incidents such as in Osny (Val-d'Oise) on Monday.

Around 6 p.m., five vehicles were involved in an accident approaching a Total Access station located on departmental 915;

reports La Gazette du Val-d'Oise.

Seven people, slightly injured, were taken care of by the firefighters.

Five of them were hospitalized, including a 5-month-old baby taken to the Sainte-Marie d'Osny clinic.
