The TASS news agency pointed out in the report that Zelensky believed that it was time to stop hostilities and said that he would not sign an agreement like the "Minsk Agreement 3".

He said that Ukraine has its own "peace plan", which includes exchanging detainees with Russia according to the "all for all" model.

Regarding Zelensky's statement that he would not sign an agreement similar to the "Minsk Agreement 3", Russian President's Press Secretary Peskov responded that this confirmed Kyiv's "unwillingness to negotiate" position.

According to Agence France-Presse, Zelensky also called for the expansion and indefinite extension of food transactions in his speech.

Prior to this, Russia and Ukraine signed agreements with the United Nations and Turkey respectively on the issue of resuming the export of agricultural products from Black Sea ports in July.

The agreement is valid for 120 days and will expire on November 19.

The G20 summit was held in Bali, Indonesia from November 15 to 16. Russian President Vladimir Putin did not attend the meeting, and the Russian delegation was led by Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov.
