Nikonorova noted that the activity of representative offices of Russian regions in Moscow is a common practice for Russia.

Earlier, the acting head of the Luhansk People's Republic, Leonid Pasechnik, decided to liquidate the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the republic. 

On October 6, an updated Constitution was published, in which Zaporozhye, Kherson regions, the DPR and the LPR are listed as part of Russia.
