"It's important that the discussion here is collaborative," Scholz said when asked "how isolated Russia is at this summit and which countries still support it."

Earlier, The Telegraph newspaper wrote that the EU and the UK would seek to isolate the Russian delegation and boycott its speeches at the G20 summit.

The Financial Times, in turn, reported that Western countries would not be able to achieve an anti-Russian statement following the results of the G20.
