“With the defense ministers, we will discuss what is happening in Ukraine from a military point of view,” RIA Novosti quotes Borrell.
It is noted that the ministers, in particular, will discuss strengthening the coordination of defense issues within the EU and preparations for the launch of a pan-European rapid reaction force.
Earlier, the Czech Representation in the EU announced that the European Union had officially launched a training mission for the Ukrainian military.
Borrell also reported that the EU in total supplied Ukraine with weapons worth more than €8 billion.
