A shooting occurred on the campus of the University of Virginia in the United States.

Three people died and two were injured.

The police have arrested the suspect and are investigating the circumstances of the crime.

shooting occurred at around 10:30 pm on the 13th (local time) in the parking lot of the University of Virginia campus in the United States.



In the incident, three college football players were killed and two other students were injured.



One of the injured is said to be in critical condition.



After blocking the crime scene, the police tracked down the suspect and arrested Christopher Darnell Jones Jr., a suspect in his 20s, on the morning of the 14th, the next day.

The suspect is said to have been a student at this school and once played on an American football team.



The motive for the crime has not yet been disclosed.
