Harb continued, "The exhibition also provides great facilities that allow national cadres of people of determination to easily move between the pavilions, and provides many training and rehabilitation opportunities for them in many of the participating agencies."

The activities of the first day of the employment fair witnessed the organization of four workshops at the Abu Dhabi Social Support Authority’s pavilion, which are concerned with training beneficiaries and encouraging them to engage in the labor market by providing special training workshops on writing and developing CVs for beneficiaries and training in conducting job interviews successfully and professionally, with the aim of helping the beneficiaries in introducing themselves. themselves in accordance with the requirements of the labor market.

Al-Rayes explained, in a press statement, that the appointment mechanism includes a citizen obtaining training for a period of three months, during which he will receive a monthly reward.
