Yemen..Houthi militias exploit their rejection of the armistice by sending military reinforcements to the battle fronts

The terrorist Houthi militia continued to exploit the commitment of the Yemeni government and the Arab coalition, militarily, economically and politically, to the ceasefire and humanitarian truce sponsored by the United Nations.

Yemeni political and military sources stated that the militias continue to exploit the commitment of the Yemeni government and the coalition to the truce and not to launch military attacks on them after their refusal to extend the truce, which has been going on for more than a month and a half, by increasing combat crowds and sending them to the fighting fronts, reinforced by the weapons they introduced through the port of Hodeidah during armistice, as well as launching terrorist attacks on oil ports and economic interests and threatening international navigation.

On the ground, field sources confirmed that the Houthi militia continued to send combat reinforcements and weapons to the fighting fronts in Marib, Al-Jawf, Hajjah and the outskirts of Shabwa from the Al-Bayda side, and towards the western and northwestern fronts of Taiz, with the aim of strengthening its presence in those areas in preparation for launching new attacks against the army and resistance positions there.

The sources stated that the reinforcements include advanced weapons, including Katyusha rocket launchers, anti-armor missiles, marches and their mobile launch platforms, as well as conventional weapons.

She pointed out that large Houthi reinforcements were sent to the fronts around Ma'rib, with the aim of attacking the governorate's oil and gas resources, reaching the Shabwa oil ports, as well as blocking the international roads linking Yemen and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Meanwhile, calls for military action to restore international law and impose peace by force continued, after the recent Houthi escalation in the oil and gas sector and international shipping, and the escalating abuse of civilians in its areas of control.

In this regard, the Presidency of the House of Representatives, "Parliament", called on the Presidential Leadership Council and the Arab Alliance to quickly take the decision to deter the actions of the Houthi terrorist militia, and to fight the decisive battle to restore the state by various means, especially military means.
