“Out of 81 injured in the explosion, 39 people have been discharged from hospitals,” TASS quoted him as saying.
The explosion occurred on the afternoon of November 13 on the pedestrian street Istiklal.
The Prosecutor General's Office of the city opened a criminal case, the version of the attack is being considered.
