Russian forces relocate their administrative center after withdrawing from Kherson
Russian forces moved their regional administrative center after their withdrawal from a city, in southern Ukraine, on Friday.
Russian news agencies reported today, Saturday, quoting a spokesman for the Kherson administration, that a large part of the Russian administration has already been transferred to the town of Hinchisk.
Hinchisk is located in the far southeast of Kherson, on the Sea of Azov, and tens of kilometers from Crimea, which Moscow forcibly annexed from Ukraine in 2014.
