Memorandum of Understanding between the UAE Independent Accelerators and the Multilateral Negotiations Center

Sheikha Shamma bint Sultan bin Khalifa Al Nahyan, CEO of the UAE Independent Accelerators for Climate Change, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Dr. Kay Munheim, Executive Director and Managing Partner of the Center for Multilateral Negotiations (CEMUNE) at the UAE Pavilion at COP27.

The memorandum aims at cooperating with the two parties in providing local and regional expertise, developing strategic government relations, organizing specialized workshops in the sector, and enabling practical climate policy practices.

Sheikha Shamma bint Sultan Al Nahyan said: "I am pleased to sign the memorandum of understanding, which will be beneficial to both parties, with the Center for Multilateral Negotiations, during a historic event for the future of climate change, at the UAE pavilion at the Conference of Parties (COP27)."
