Voters choose 40 deputies to represent them in the House of Representatives and 30 members of municipal councils, while the total electorate is about 344,713 voters.

The electoral bloc in the capital governorate, which includes 10 constituencies, reached 66,148 voters, in Muharraq governorate, which includes eight districts, 81,637 voters, in the northern governorate, which includes 12 districts, 121,581 voters, and in the southern governorate, which includes 10 districts, 75,347 voters.

Fifteen general polling centers and 40 sub-polling centers distributed according to electoral districts throughout the Kingdom received 344,713 voters who have the right to vote in the elections.

Elections in Bahrain enjoy full judicial supervision at all stages of the electoral process, starting from the voter lists until the announcement of the final results, which embodies the integrity and transparency of the elections.

The Bahrain News Agency (BNA) quoted Al-Maawda as saying, during his inspection of the polling process, that Bahraini citizens registered with their remarkable and massive presence with the start of the voting process in the parliamentary and municipal elections, very democratic scenes of patriotism, commitment and responsibility.

Al-Maawda added that the electoral process, since the first hours of polling, witnessed a large turnout of Bahraini voters who were keen to attend, participate and queue before opening the doors in the polling stations, praising what they saw in the general and sub-electoral centers of a wide and expected turnout from the people of Bahrain, as in the previous elections. .

He expressed his confidence in the success of the democratic elections in the Kingdom of Bahrain, wishing all candidates success.
