The people of "Muhammad", from the village of Manial Arous, affiliated to Ashmoun district, Menoufia governorate (northern Egypt), did not imagine that their son, who was injured in an accident more than a month ago, recognized his body inside a hospital, buried him with their hands and received condolences in him;

He is still alive.

The full story, as reported by local media, began about 3 months ago, when the young man, Mohamed Adel, was absent from his home, and his family published his picture on the communication sites, where a hospital worker contacted them, telling them that their son was inside the hospital after he had an accident in Qalyubia Governorate.

Muhammad’s family went to the hospital and he was completely unconscious and got to know him, but he died 3 days later and was already buried in the family’s graves, and a death certificate was extracted for him on October 14 last, and his condolences were held in front of his father’s house.

About a month after his burial, Muhammad's family was surprised by his return to his home in the village, in a state of astonishment among all who saw him.

Ali Murad, Muhammad’s uncle, said in a telephone interview with the Egyptian media, Amr Adib - on the “Al-Hekaya” program - “When my nephew was absent, we were surprised by a call from good people telling us that he was in the hospital after he was injured in a train accident, and we went to the hospital and he was in intensive care and we saw signs He is distinguished in his body that we knew before the injury.”

He continued, "He died a few days later, and we received the body, buried him, and took condolences, and we were in a state of grief, and we are all sure that he is my nephew."

He continued, "After about a month, I found my brother telling me, Muhammad Adel, came back. When I saw my nephew, my nerves collapsed. He was afraid of dealing with us, and we were afraid of him."

Amr Adib, Muhammad Adel's uncle, asked: Whom did you bury?

He replied, "Our Lord chose us to stand with the young man who was injured in the train accident, and we consider him our son and bury him after his death."

According to local media, Muhammad has autism spectrum disorder, and he left his home to nearby villages before returning to his village again, after a number of social media users saw his picture, then found him by chance in Cairo and returned him to his family.

Sadness in the village turned to joy in celebration of Muhammad's return to life, while the Public Prosecution began to open an investigation into the incident and take legal measures to conduct DNA analyzes to find out the identity of the buried body and reach the family of the young man who died and was mistakenly buried in the family cemetery.
