The United States extended the license for energy transactions with the largest Russian banks

“All transactions prohibited by Executive Order 14024 involving one or more of the specified entities that are associated with the energy sector are permitted through May 15, 2023,” the document says.

The list of organizations with which this interaction is permitted includes VEB, Otkritie Bank, Sovcombank, Sberbank, VTB, Alfa-Bank and related organizations and the Central Bank of Russia.

Earlier, the department reported that the United States allowed the transfers necessary to maintain the work of the diplomatic and consular missions of Russia.
