This is stated in the annual report of the UK Financial Sanctions Enforcement Administration (OFSI).

“From February 22 to October 20, 2022, OFSI reported frozen funds totaling £18.39 billion held by or on behalf of individuals on the anti-Russian sanctions list,” the document says.

It is noted that for the period from February 22 to August 24, 1271 persons fell under anti-Russian sanctions.

Earlier it became known that the UK included the former head of the metallurgical and mining company Evraz, Alexander Frolov, on the sanctions list.
