According to her, Washington discusses issues of concern to the United States, the topic of Ukraine is not touched upon.
She noted that discussions are focused on reducing risks in relations between Washington and Moscow.
Earlier, The Wall Street Journal, citing sources, reported that US national security adviser Jake Sullivan has allegedly been holding confidential talks with Russian leader aide Yuri Ushakov and Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev in recent months.
