The Hungarian Foreign Ministry did not support the EU plan to help Ukraine at the expense of jointly collected funds

Bloomberg writes about this with reference to the head of the Hungarian foreign ministry.

The day before, the head of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, announced the EU plans to issue budgetary assistance to Ukraine for 2023 with a total volume of €18 billion in the form of "very soft loans."

Prior to this, EU foreign ministers approved €500 million in aid to Kyiv and a training mission for the Ukrainian military.
