Representatives of eight companies that make up the Best Workplaces 2022 ranking, drawn up by Great Place to Work®, which represent the best places to work in our country, chat with Bisila Bokoko, an expert consultant in leadership and diversity, entrepreneur and philanthropist, and reveal how to mix positive economic results with a great contribution to its employees, society and the planet.
Admiral Seguros, DHL Express, DKV Seguros, Reale Seguros, Real Time Innovations (RTI), Sandoz Farmaceutica, SIDN Digital Thinking and Biopharmaceutica UCB are the corporations participating in this special project.
These occupy the top four in their respective categories within the Best Workplaces 2022 ranking, a recognition based on the perception of its employees and on the evaluation of its culture in people management.
93% of them consider that their company is an Excellent Place to Work while in the general population this perception drops to 63 points.
