Clashes between Russia and Ukraine continue unabated and are now targeting energy resources.

This Sunday, the city of Kherson, occupied by the Russian army, was without electricity and water following a Ukrainian strike according to the Russian occupation authorities.

The city of Kherson in southern Ukraine, occupied by the Russian army despite a push by troops from kyiv in recent weeks, was this Sunday "without electricity or water" following a Ukrainian strike, announced the Russian occupation authorities of the eponymous region.

"As a result of a terrorist attack, organized by the Ukrainian side, three concrete pylons carrying high-voltage lines were damaged on the Berislav-Kakhovka axis," they said in a statement on Telegram.

“Currently, there is no electricity or water in the city and in some districts in the region,” they added.
