“A criminal case has been initiated into the death of two people as a result of the collapse of a balcony in an apartment building on Donskaya Street (part 3 of article 109 of the Criminal Code),” the TASS agency quotes.
On November 6, a balcony of a five-story residential building collapsed in Sochi, the incident occurred in the city center.
According to the prosecutor's office, two people died, another is in the hospital.
