He said this at a meeting with permanent members of the Russian Security Council.

“We will not interfere in the future, in any case, with the supply of grain from the territory of Ukraine to the Republic of Turkey,” Putin said.

He noted Turkey's neutrality in the conflict, as well as the capabilities of the Turkish grain processing industry and the efforts of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to ensure the interests of the poorest countries.

Putin also said that the Russian Ministry of Defense was instructed to resume Moscow's participation in the grain deal.

At the same time, Moscow reserves the right to withdraw from the deal if Kyiv violates the guarantees.
