Polyansky stressed that the Russian side was extremely disappointed with the results of the vote on the resolution.
“The materials that were attached to our complaint still require clarification,” RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
The diplomat added that Russia will continue to make every effort to establish the facts of the activities of American biological laboratories in Ukraine.
Earlier, the UN Security Council did not adopt a Russian resolution on the activities of biological laboratories in Ukraine.
It is specified that Russia and China voted for the resolution.
The United States, Great Britain and France opposed.
The remaining members of the UN Security Council abstained from voting.
