Requirements for seat belts and winter tires are some of the changes to A-tractors that the Swedish Transport Agency proposes in a new investigation that was presented on Tuesday.
Risk education for young drivers
At the same time, VTI, the Norwegian Road and Transport Research Institute, is now trying to improve training for young A-tractor drivers.
SVT hung out with 16-year-old Johan Schough during the voluntary risk training at Stora Holm in Gothenburg.
It is led by researcher Helena Selinder, who thinks it is far too easy to get a driver's license for an A-tractor today:
- They have never been in these vehicles when they get their driver's license.
