  In terms of drought disaster risk, in October, the runoff of most of China's major rivers was relatively low, and the water levels of the main stream of the Yangtze River, Dongting Lake and Poyang Lake were all the lowest in the same period of the year.

According to the forecast of the meteorological department, the temperature in Jiangsu, Anhui, Hubei, Chongqing, eastern Guizhou, most of Hunan, northern Jiangxi, most of Zhejiang, Shanghai and other places will be 1°C to 2°C higher in November, and the precipitation along the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River will be less.
