He was arrested first and instructed, and later arrested, apologizing for the incident and justifying his behavior in the difficult circumstances as well.

The two defendants repeated their confession during the trial, noting that their conditions prompted them to do so, and they asked for clemency.

For its part, the court confirmed in the merits of the ruling that it was satisfied with the evidence of the incident, including the report of the General Administration of Residency and Foreigners Affairs, which concluded that the document used is a valid document, but the image installed in it does not belong to the bearer, and it was also reassured that the accused confessed to committing the incident, and it saw from their circumstances. They will not go back to what happened to them, and then she decided to use clemency with them and stop the implementation of the prison sentence, which is a month, then deportation.
