Since before, three people have been detained in the murder investigation.
A 15-year-old is detained on probable cause on suspicion of murder and attempted murder, a 40-year-old man is detained on suspicion of aiding and abetting, and a 19-year-old is also detained in the case.
The arrested man has been requested to be detained and a detention hearing will take place on Tuesday at the Malmö district court, according to a press release from the Public Prosecutor's Office.
He was arrested on October 29, on probable cause, suspected of aiding and abetting murder.
The shooting death at Emporia
The shooting took place on August 19 at the Emporia shopping center in Malmö.
A 31-year-old man died and a woman was seriously injured in the shooting.
According to the police, the incident is connected to the gang criminal environment.
However, the injured woman should not have any connections to the man, but is believed to be a passerby.
