Burkina Faso: an ambush against soldiers leaves a dozen dead in the East

In Burkina Faso, a new attack targeted the armed forces on Saturday October 29 in the east of the country.

A convoy traveling to Natiaboani, located 45 km south of Fada N'Gourma was the target of this attack, which killed at least 13 soldiers, according to a provisional report from security sources.

The reinforcements are on site for the raking.

This new attack takes place in the afternoon of Saturday.

The soldiers

had left Fada N'Gourma and

were going to Natiaboani

for relief.

According to a source on site, civilians and volunteers for the defense of the homeland - civilian auxiliaries - were part of the convoy and were the target of an attack in the locality of Kikideni.
