An invitation to return to writing and then to the '' physical '' post: this is the message of the three stamps issued today for the day of philately and entrusted to the pencil of the cartoonist Zerocalcare.
The three stamps, valid for ordinary mail sent to Italy, show characters typical of the Zerocalcare comics (the same Zerocalcare, Lady Cocca and the Armadillo) busy writing or delivering a letter or reading it.

The circulation is over one and a half million copies and they are also available collected in a special leaflet of 100,000 copies.
The leaflet reiterates the message with writings on the edges where it reads: '' We are so obsessed with communicating that we forget the pleasure of writing '' and '' go back to writing ''.
