The Egyptian Prime Minister, Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, met with the Minister of Cabinet Affairs, Muhammad Abdullah Al-Gergawi, as part of the celebrations of the 50th anniversary of the Emirati-Egyptian relations, which was held in Cairo under the slogan “Egypt and the Emirates are one heart”, over a period of three days.

Al Gergawi stressed that the Egyptian and Emirati peoples are always at the heart of one man, and this consensus and harmony will always be the title of the course of their relations.

Madbouly and Al Gergawi praised the successful and distinguished organization of the celebration of Egyptian-Emirati relations, which was held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, and Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, and the positive results it reflected in the peoples of the two countries, by highlighting the successes achieved in The march of the two countries during the past 50 years, and a review of multiple and many stations in the cohesion of the two communities with the leadership, and the success stories of projects and personalities that enhanced communication between the people of the Emirates and Egypt and the feelings and spirit of brotherhood in both countries.

The visit of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to Egypt, and his reception by the Egyptian President in Cairo, came as part of the celebration of bilateral relations, to confirm the specificity and depth of Egyptian-Emirati relations and the importance of continuing them to serve the common interests and support the directions of the two leaderships.

Al Gergawi said, "The events reflected the depth of the relationship between the leaders of the two countries and the two brotherly peoples, and we saw a great interaction between the people of the UAE and the people of Egypt to celebrate the relations and highlight the images of cohesion, brotherhood and love that spanned for more than five decades."

He added that the joint meetings and sessions between the ministers of the two countries' governments, officials, businessmen, intellectuals and media persons over three days embodied the slogan of the event that the Egyptian and Emirati peoples are always at the heart of one man, and this consensus and harmony will always remain the title of the march of relations between them.
