A regional series of presentations of the RT collection “Poetry of the Russian Summer” and ZOV events has started in Chuvashia

The event in Cheboksary was opened by the head of the Chuvash Republic Oleg Nikolaev.

The event was also attended by the co-chairman of the Just Russia - For Truth party, writer Zakhar Prilepin.

A collection of military poetry in Cheboksary was presented by RT Deputy Editor-in-Chief Anna Belkina.

As part of the poetry evening, poets Anna Revyakina, Olga Starushko and Dmitry Moldavsky read their works, as well as violinist Pyotr Lundstrem and pianist Valentina Lisitsa performed a piece of music.

As a result of the event, 250 copies of the collection of poems "Poetry of the Russian Summer" went to the municipal libraries of Chuvashia, where they will be available to all residents of the republic in the near future.

On October 5, RT Editor-in-Chief Margarita Simonyan, at a ZOV poetry evening dedicated to the special operation in Ukraine, presented a collection of poems "Poetry of the Russian Summer", published by the team of the RT television channel.

The collection combines works of military subjects.
