“In the Krasnolimansky direction, the battalion tactical group of the Armed Forces of Ukraine attempted an offensive in the direction of the Chervonopopovka settlement of the Luhansk People's Republic.
The advancing enemy units were stopped by the active actions of the units of the Russian troops, ”the Russian Defense Ministry said.
The defense ministry specified that more than 120 Ukrainian servicemen, three tanks, four armored combat vehicles and four pickup trucks were destroyed.
On October 26, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that more than 70 Ukrainian soldiers were killed in the Krasnolimansk direction in a day.
