“At a meeting of the municipal commission for the protection of the population and territory from emergencies, a decision was made to introduce an emergency regime in the village of Staroselye, Krasnoyaruzhsky district,” Miskov wrote.

Earlier it was reported that the Commission for the Prevention and Elimination of Emergency Situations and Fire Safety of the Belgorod District of the Belgorod Region decided to introduce an emergency regime in four villages of the district.
