One person is said to have been hit by a van.
The person hit has been taken to hospital for treatment, with unclear injuries.
The road was temporarily closed and the police had to divert traffic while emergency services moved the vehicle.
The police will investigate the accident.
The vehicle has been impounded for technical examination.
