According to him, the meeting may take place in the Chiragan Palace on December 8-9 in Istanbul.

Earlier, Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov announced the development of a project to create a gas hub in Turkey.

Minister of Energy and Natural Resources of Turkey Fatih Dönmez also said that the Turkish side began to carry out its part of the work under the agreement with Russia on the gas hub.
