The United Nations Security Council held an emergency meeting over Russia's unilateral claims that Ukraine could use a radioactive bomb.

He reiterated his claim that Russia, which requested the meeting, was a serious threat, but the Western countries denounced it as false information by Russia without any evidence.

Recently, Russia has unilaterally expressed concern about the possibility of Ukraine using a bomb that spreads radioactive material, a so-called "dirty bomb," and has asked the UN Security Council to hold an emergency meeting to discuss its response. I was requesting it.



At a closed-door meeting on Monday, Russia reiterated its claims that Ukraine had plans to use a "dirty bomb".

After the meeting, Russia's deputy ambassador to the United Nations Polyansky told reporters: "It's a very serious threat. Ukraine has the ability and reason to build dirty bombs."

Meanwhile, Britain's deputy ambassador to the United Nations Kariuki told reporters, ``There was no evidence from Russia.
