In September, Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, head of the Radiation, Chemical and Biological Defense Forces of the Russian Armed Forces, said that Washington and Kyiv did not answer a question in Geneva about the reasons for the urgent destruction of documents on military biological activities in Ukraine.
