Russia filed a formal complaint with the UN Security Council against the United States and Ukraine because of biological laboratories

), Russia sends an official complaint to the Security Council, which includes all possible evidence confirming its validity, and again requests a meeting of the UN Security Council on October 27, 2022 to consider the attached draft resolution," RIA Novosti quoted the document as saying.

Article 6 of the BTWC states that any state party to the convention that states that any other state party is acting in violation of obligations arising from the provisions of the convention may file a complaint with the UN Security Council.

Also, in the prepared resolution, Russia proposes to the UN Security Council to create a commission of inquiry in connection with biological laboratories in Ukraine.
