“According to the investigation, the defendant, while studying at Ulyanovsk College, publicly expressed his approval of terrorist acts,” the Investigative Committee said in a statement.

He also expressed a desire to commit a mass murder of students of the school where he studied himself, the department writes.

“For this purpose, he purchased ammunition, as well as instructions for making a Molotov cocktail and a plan for the school premises,” the press service said.
