Yesterday (24th), Democratic Party lawmaker Kim Eui-gyeom raised suspicions of late-night drinking with Justice Minister Han Dong-hoon during a state audit.

When a minister fired at him asking if he had a license to lie, Rep. Kim countered that backstreet-style threats didn't work.

Do you remember?]

Minister of Justice Han Dong-hoon made a remark today in response to the suspicion of drinking in Cheongdam-dong in July.

This time, he said he would not pass by, and said he would take legal action as an individual, not a minister.

Rep. Kim Eui-gyeom's remarks by the head of the National Assembly itself are subject to the immunity guaranteed to members of the National Assembly, but the intention is that if they conspired in the process of disseminating false information through the YouTube channel that reported the suspicion, they could be held criminally and civilly liable.

Kim also responded to Minister Han's yesterday's remarks as a threat that backstreet thugs could do.

He did not back down, saying, "The report came in and the head of the National Inspectorate only asked the truth."

The issue is whether the drinking party actually took place and who was in attendance.

Lee Se-chang, the former acting president of the Korea Freedom Federation, who was designated as a drinking party, announced that it would take legal action as unfounded fake news, and Kim & Chang did not reveal a separate position in the SBS inquiry.

An acquaintance of cellist A, who was reported to have been at a drinking party, said in a phone call with SBS, "The main character of the voice is Mr. A," but "I can't confirm whether there was an actual drinking party."

However, he insisted, "It is a kind of dating violence in which the ex-boyfriend who broke up with Mr. A spread the call recording without his consent."
